1. Shipping

Shipping charges are based on the total weight and dimensions of your order, your location, and the selected delivery method. We use either actual or volumetric weight—whichever is higher.
Please note:

• Some regions have import value limits, which may result in your order being split into multiple shipments.
• Estimated delivery times will be provided, but are not guaranteed due to factors such as customs clearance delays.
• Deliveries within Malaysia typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
• In the event of any missing items, please notify us within 5 days of receipt.

2. Exchanges and Refunds

We accept product returns for the following reasons:

• Items were incorrectly delivered
• Items are defective
• You are unsatisfied with the product

All returns must be initiated within 10 business days from the date of purchase and be accompanied by the original invoice. Items must be in unused, resalable condition and in original packaging.
Please note:

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds may take up to 3 weeks to process.
• Returns after the stipulated period may incur additional processing fees.
• Yuvlife reserves the right to adjust bonuses and ranks impacted by refunds.
